plan : Setup :

1. install Python -> get anaconda

   choco install anaconda3

2. add VS code support for python notebook
3. enable python interpreter in VS code by selecting VS in anaconda navigator

• Alternativelly : Anaconda navigator -> Jupyter Lab local UI
• Alternativelly : Just set C:/tools/Anaconda3 in the path of windows
